How to notify an absence and request a make-up lesson for your child's swim class.

• Notice window: Absences must be submitted before the class start time to be eligible for a make-up token.
  
• Make-up tokens: An eligible absence issues one make-up token. Tokens are subject to class availability and the validity period set by the swim school.
  
• Medical certificates: Extended absences due to illness or injury may require a medical certificate for additional make-up consideration.
  
• Booking a make-up: Make-up lessons are booked into available spaces and cannot be guaranteed at your regular day or time.
  
• Non-attendance: Classes missed without notice within the notice window are not eligible for a make-up token.
  
• To notify an absence, use the absence notification form below with your student's name, swim level, class day and time, date of absence and reason. Our Aquatics Desk will confirm any make-up token.
